Streaming Producers Can Use Compressor An Video Encoding Tool.  If users are using a Mac it’s a great solution for encoding videos whether you’re performing single-file encoding or batch encoding.  From a compression workflow perspective, it’s beneficial to use because it can work in concert with Final Cut Pro.

Of the popular codecs available today, video producers, video editors, or media professionals can encode videos to Apple ProRes and H.264, and HEVC using Compressor. In terms of media containers, MOV and MP4 are both supported as well as MP3, AAC, and PCM audio codecs. The tool also includes presets for iOS Devices, Mobile Devices, Blu-ray, and 4K. Compressor also supports HDR, 360 VR Export an other codecs such as: AVC‑Intra, D‑10/IMX, ProRes, and XDCAM HD.
